Qubos has introduced
a RMA procedure. (Return Materials Authorisation)
The RMA procedure
will help us speed up the repair process by enabling us to correctly
identify the fault and then monitor the repair item while in our
office.
Repairs
to equipment are conducted on the same day as they arrive in our
office and we strive to dispatch the repaired equipment by courier
by 4:00p.m. for return to you before 12 noon the following day.
